This time they came all the way, not only to experience the rapid development of China as the world’s manufacturing center, but also to personally inspect the strength of Chinese suppliers.
Kawah Dinosaur and Brazilian customers have had pleasant cooperation experiences before. This time when the customers came to visit the factory, the general manager and team members of Kawah received them very warmly. Our business managers went to the airport to greet customers and accompanied them throughout their trip to the city, allowing customers to have an in-depth understanding of the production process of our products. At the same time, we also obtain valuable opinions and suggestions from customers.
During the visit, we took the Brazilian customer to visit the mechanical production area, art work area and electrical integration work area of the factory. In the mechanical production area, customers learned that the first step in manufacturing a product is to make the mechanical frame of the dinosaur according to the drawings. Moreover, after the motor is installed on the dinosaur frame, it needs to be aged for at least 24 hours to eliminate mechanical faults. In the art work area, customers watched up close how the art workers hand-carved the muscle shape and texture details of the dinosaur to truly restore the dinosaur’s shape. In the electrical integration work area, we demonstrated the production and use of control boxes, motors and circuit boards for dinosaur products.
In the product display area, customers were very happy to visit our latest batch of customized products and took photos one after another. For example, there is the 6-meter-tall giant octopus, which can be activated based on infrared sensors and can make corresponding movements when tourists approach from any direction; there is also the 10-meter-long great white shark, which can swing its tail and fins. Not only that, It can also make the sound of waves and the cry of great white sharks; there are also brightly colored lobsters, a Dilophosaurus that can almost “stand”, an Ankylosaurus that can follow people, realistic dinosaur costumes, a panda that can “say hello”, etc. and other products.
In addition, customers are also very interested in the custom-made traditional lanterns produced by Kawah. The customer witnessed the mushroom lanterns we were making for American customers and learned more about the composition, production process and daily maintenance of traditional lanterns.
In the conference room, customers carefully browsed the product catalog and watched a variety of product videos, including various styles customized lanterns, dinosaur park project introductions, animatronic dinosaurs, dinosaur costumes, realistic animal models , insect models, fiberglass products, and park creative products, etc. These give customers a deeper understanding of us. During this period, the general manager and business manager had in-depth exchanges with customers and discussed issues such as product installation, use and maintenance. We understand our customers’ needs and concerns and answer them in detail. At the same time, customers also provided some valuable opinions, which benefited us a lot.
That night, we had dinner with our Brazilian customers. They tasted the local food and praised it repeatedly. The next day, we accompanied them on a tour of downtown Zigong. They were very interested in Chinese shops, electronic products, food, manicures, mahjong, etc. They hope to experience these as much as time permits.
