After arriving at the factory, Kawah’s general manager and technical director warmly received the two British customers and accompanied them throughout the visit to the mechanical production area, art work area, electrical integration work area, product display area and office area. · The electrical integration work area is the “action area” of the simulation model. There are multiple specifications of brushless motors, reducers, controller box and other electrical accessories, which are used to realize various actions of the simulation model products, such as the rotation of the model body, stand, etc.

· The mechanical production area is where the “skeleton” of simulation model products is made. We use high-quality steel that meets international standards, such as seamless pipes with higher strength and galvanized pipes with longer service life, to extend the service life of our products.

· The art work area is the “shape area” of the simulation model, where the product is shaped and colored. We use high-density sponges of different materials (hard foam, soft foam, fireproof sponge, etc.) to increase the skin’s tolerance; experienced art technicians carefully carve the model shape according to the drawings; We use pigments and silicone glue that meet international standards to color and glue the skin. Each step of the process allows customers to better understand the production process of the product.

· In the product display area, British customers saw the 7-meter Animatronic Dilophosaurus that had just been produced by Kawah Factory. It is characterized by smooth and wide movements and lifelike effects. There is also a 6-meter realistic Ankylosaurus, Kawah engineers used a sensing device, which allows this big guy to turn left or right according to tracking the visitor’s position. Customers are also very interested in the talking tree products manufactured and inquire in detail about the product information and manufacturing process. In addition, they also saw other products the company is producing for customers in South Korea and Romania, such as an giant animatronic T-Rex, a stage walking dinosaur, a life size lion, dinosaur costumes, a riding dinosaur, walking crocodiles, a blinking baby dinosaur, a handheld dinosaur puppet and a children dinosaur riding car.

· In the conference room, the customer carefully checked the product catalog, and then everyone discussed the details, such as the use of the product, size, posture, movement, price, delivery time, etc. During this period, our two business managers have been carefully and responsibly introducing, recording and organizing relevant content for customers, so as to complete the matters assigned by customers as soon as possible.
