Production Process
1. Steel Frame Construction:
We use a high-standard steel frame with the latest brushless motors to give the model smoother movements. After the steel frame is completed, we will conduct continuous testing for 48 hours to ensure the follow-up quality.
2. Foam Hand-sculpted:
All hand-sculpted to ensure that the high-density foam can perfectly wrap the steel frame. It has a realistic look and feel while ensuring that the action is not affected.
3. Texturing and Coloring:
The art workers carefully heat the texture and brush the glue to ensure that the model can be used in all kinds of weather. The use of environmentally friendly pigments also makes our models safer.
4. Testing and Display:
After the production is completed, we will conduct again 48-hour continuous test to ensure the quality of the product to the utmost extent. After that, it can be displayed or used for other purposes.
