Step 1: Contact us via phone or email to express your interest. Our sales team will promptly provide detailed product information for your selection. On-site factory visits are also welcome.
Step 2: Once the product and price are confirmed, we will sign a contract to safeguard both parties' interests. After receiving a 40% deposit, production will begin. Our team will provide regular updates during production. Upon completion, you can inspect the models through photos, videos, or in person. The remaining 60% of the payment must be settled before delivery.
Step 3: Models are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. We offer delivery by land, air, sea, or international multi-modal transport as per your needs, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled.

Can the Products Be Customized?

Yes, we offer full customization. Share your ideas, pictures, or videos for tailored products, including animatronic animals, marine creatures, prehistoric animals, insects and more. During production, we’ll share updates via photos and videos to keep you informed about progress.
