Step 2: Once the product and price are confirmed, we will sign a contract to safeguard both parties' interests. After receiving a 40% deposit, production will begin. Our team will provide regular updates during production. Upon completion, you can inspect the models through photos, videos, or in person. The remaining 60% of the payment must be settled before delivery.
Step 3: Models are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. We offer delivery by land, air, sea, or international multi-modal transport as per your needs, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled.
Yes, we offer full customization. Share your ideas, pictures, or videos for tailored products, including animatronic animals, marine creatures, prehistoric animals, insects and more. During production, we’ll share updates via photos and videos to keep you informed about progress.

Delivery time depends on production and shipping schedules:

Three 5-meter-long dinosaurs take about 15 days.
Ten 5-meter-long dinosaurs take about 20 days.
