The remaining 60% of the payment must be settled before delivery.
Step 3:  Models are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. We offer delivery by land, air, sea, or international multi-modal transport as per your needs, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled.

Yes, we offer full customization. Share your ideas, pictures, or videos for tailored products, including animatronic animals, marine creatures, prehistoric animals, insects and more. During production, we’ll share updates via photos and videos to keep you informed about progress.

We provide spare parts based on the number of models. If additional accessories like control boxes or motors are needed, please notify our sales team. Before shipping, we’ll send you a parts list for confirmation.

Our standard payment terms are a 40% deposit to start production, with the remaining 60% balance due within one week after production completion. Once payment is fully settled, we will arrange delivery. If you have specific payment requirements, please discuss them with our sales team.

· On-Site Installation:  Our team can travel to your location if needed.
· Remote Support:  We provide detailed installation videos and online guidance to help you quickly and effectively set up the models.

· Warranty:
Animatronic dinosaurs: 24 months
Other products: 12 months
· Support: During the warranty period, we provide free repair services for quality issues (excluding man-made damage), 24-hour online assistance, or on-site repairs if necessary.
· Post-Warranty Repairs: After the warranty period, we offer cost-based repair services.

Delivery time depends on production and shipping schedules:
· Production Time:  Varies by model size and quantity. For example:
Three 5-meter-long dinosaurs take about 15 days.
Ten 5-meter-long dinosaurs take about 20 days.
· Shipping Time:  Depends on the transportation method and destination. Actual shipping duration varies by country.

· Packaging:
Models are wrapped in bubble film to prevent damage from impacts or compression.
Accessories are packed in carton boxes.
· Shipping Options:
Less than Container Load (LCL) for smaller orders.
Full Container Load (FCL) for larger shipments.
· Insurance: We offer transportation insurance upon request to ensure safe delivery.
