Dinosaur Mechanical Structure

Movements:
1. Mouth open and close synchronize with sound.
2. Eyes blink. (lcd display/mechanical blink action)
3. Neck & head up and down-left to right.
4. Forelimbs move.
5. Chest raises / falls to mimic breathing.
6. Tail sway.
7. Front body up and down-left to right.
8. Water spray & smoke spray.
9. Wings flap.
10. Tongue moves in and out.

Manufacturing Process

1. Steel Framing

Inner steel frame to support the external shape. It contains and protects electric parts.

2. Modeling

Incise original sponge into suitable parts, assemble and paste to cover the finished steel frame. Preliminarily make the product shape.

3. Carving

Accurately carving each part of the model to have realistic features, include muscles and obvious structure, etc.

4. Painting

According to required color style, firstly mix the specified colors and then paint on different layers.

5. Final Testing

We inspect and make sure all motions are correct and sensitive as per the specified program, Color style and pattern are accord with required. Each dinosaur will also be continuous operated testing one day before shipping.

6. On-site Installation

We will send engineers to customer’s place to install dinosaurs.

Mechanical design: Each dinosaur has its own mechanical design. According to different sizes and modeling actions, the designer hand-painted the size chart of the dinosaur steel frame to maximize air flow and reduce friction within a reasonable range.
Exhibition detail design: We can help provide planning scheme, dinosaur factual design, advertising design, on-site effect design, circuit design, supporting facility design, etc.
Supporting facilities: simulation plant, fiberglass stone, lawn, environmental protection audio, haze effect, light effect, lightning effect, LOGO design, door head design, fence design, scene designs such as rockery surrounds, bridges and streams, volcanic eruptions, etc.
