Talking Tree Production Process
1. Mechanical Framing
· Build the steel frame based on design specifications and install motors.
· Perform 24+ hours of testing, including motion debugging, welding point checks, and motor circuit inspections.
2. Body Modeling
· Shape the tree's outline using high-density sponges.
· Use hard foam for details, soft foam for movement points, and fireproof sponge for indoor use.
3. Carving Texture
· Hand-carve detailed textures on the surface.
· Apply three layers of neutral silicone gel to protect the inner layers, enhancing flexibility and durability.
· Use national standard pigments for coloring.
4. Factory Testing
· Conduct 48+ hours of aging tests, simulating accelerated wear to inspect and debug the product.
· Perform overload operations to ensure product reliability and quality.
